We strive to empower those we support to achieve independence and improve their overall quality of life, connecting them to life changing supports. Connection Avenue was founded from lived experience navigating the NDIS for my little person, and the challenges that came with understanding this. It is important we provide a compassionate approach of support for our families, to ease the stress that is the NDIS.

Founded in 2024, Connection Avenue's Director has been serving in the Public and Private Community Services sector for over 10 years, connecting with service providers in the community to support you achieving your NDIS Goals. Connection Avenue was founded from lived experience personally navigating the NDIS for a little person and working as a Support Coordinator, understanding the challenges participants face. We have grown and adapted to meet the changing needs of the NDIA, navigating complex mainstream, community and government supports while remaining true to our core values of compassion, respect, and integrity.
We offer Level 2 Support Coordination to individuals and families navigating the NDIS, of all ages and abilities. We are committed to helping those we work beside achieve their goals and improve their lives through connections to collaborative supports that work for you. Please reach out if you do not currently have Support Coordination in your NDIS Plan and are in need of assistance.
